Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver with All Ways Caring HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support services that promote their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Provide various personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of direct care, including assistance with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Perform general housekeeping activities, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Provide compassionate companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
