Job Title: Painter Specialist

At Odin Management, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all interior and exterior surfaces of our buildings are painted to a high standard, contributing to the overall appearance and upkeep of the property.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
* Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
* Mix and match paint colors to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete painting tasks
* Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Communicate with property management to ensure that all painting projects are completed to their satisfaction

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a painter, with a portfolio of completed projects
* Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment
* Ability to mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
