  • Implement supportive interventions during crisis situations, prioritizing safety and well-being.
Client Engagement and Wellness
  • Accompany and support individuals during community activities, fostering meaningful interactions and relationships.
  • Provide services in various settings, including homes, communities, hospitals, and day programs.
Administrative Duties
  • Assess and maintain awareness of environmental factors and their impact on individuals served.
  • Ensure a safe and clean living environment by reporting physical site problems and maintaining daily cleanliness.
  • Implement and document ISP outcomes, prioritizing program planning and staff supervision ratios.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the state nursing board.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
