We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our cardiac care team at Emory Healthcare. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the daily operations of our cardiac unit.

About the Role

This full-time Nurse Manager position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cardiac unit, including supervising clinical staff, facilitating communication with physicians and internal administrators, and providing optimal patient and family-centered care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two years of experience as an RN with one year of experience in a leadership capacity
  • All nurses employed in roles requiring an unencumbered nursing license must have a valid, active license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board
  • Certification preferred
  • BLS required and ACLS certifications may be required in designated departments

Location

This position is located in Atlanta, GA, and requires occasional travel to other hospital sites.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $48.25-$55.55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
