Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Bagel Baker to join our team at The Bagel Factory, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality bagels while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and consistency.

  • Mixing and kneading dough to create perfect bagel dough.
  • Shaping and forming the bagel dough into perfectly crafted rings.
  • Boiling the bagels in water to achieve the ideal texture.
  • Baking the bagels in a commercial oven to bring out the optimal flavor and aroma.
  • Preparing ingredients to be used in delicious sandwiches.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen and baking equipment.
  • Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Additionally, they should be flexible to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
