Role OverviewThis full-time role is based in Reston, VA, and offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. As a Primary Care Physician, you'll be responsible for managing a patient panel with diverse needs, treating patients in-office or testing centers, and conducting occasional tele-health visits. You'll collaborate closely with in-office teammates through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams, leveraging your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures.
Requirements- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in DC, obtained before start date

The base salary range for this role is $244,000 to $260,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule. Relocation assistance may be available for this role.
