About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at Nike. As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of Nike, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued.
  • Be knowledgeable about Nike products and services, and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
