Healthcare Attorney

Stinson LLP is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Healthcare & Insurance Division in Wichita. As a key member of our team, you will advise clients on various aspects of the healthcare industry, including providers, payers, and life sciences companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise healthcare providers, insurers, and manufacturers on regulatory and transactional matters
• Represent clients in healthcare-related litigation and disputes
• Develop and implement healthcare law strategies for clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare law, preferably in a law firm or regulatory agency
• Active license in the applicable jurisdiction or ability to waive in
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry trends
