Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. You will work closely with our team to provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing preferred
