Epic Travel Staffing Allied is actively seeking a Travel Echo Technician for an exciting opportunity in the healthcare sector.
Position Overview & Requirements- Specialty: Echo Technician
- Field: Allied Health Professional
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Shift Length: 8 hours
- Employment Type: Travel
Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and related procedures as required by the healthcare facility. The role includes:
- Shift: Variable (8x5) with a commitment of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Length: 13 weeks
- Availability for on-call duties as required by the unit, including mandated call for urgent cases.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Epic software.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) credentials.
- Pediatric experience is preferred.
Additional Information:
- Potential to care for patients with COVID-19.
- Flexibility to float to other departments as needed.
- All travelers must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
