Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist youth with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores.
  • Engage in interactive activities with youth, promoting social skills, emotional well-being, and academic achievement.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans tailored to each youth's unique needs and goals.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1+ year's experience working with children 8-17.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate degree in human services or related field with 6+ months' experience in residential settings.
  • Valid Florida driver's license with no driving offenses, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Salary & Benefits:
$14.50 - $16.50 per hour (DOE) plus benefits, including paid time off, holiday pay, and Simple IRA after 90 days.
