We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Nissan of Duarte. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the flow of the service lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
- Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently to maximize productivity.
Requirements:
- Organized and friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
- Dealership experience is required, with a strong understanding of dealership operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage others and lead by example.
- Valid in-state driver's license.
