As a Banquet Attendant, you'll be responsible for creating a fun and welcoming environment for our guests. You'll be the face of our company, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

• Foster a fun and engaging atmosphere for our guests
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated
• Participate in company-sponsored events and promote a positive influence in the community
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed, following company policy and T.I.P.S training
• Promote gaming events and promotions, ensuring our guests are aware of all the exciting opportunities available
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members
• Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations, ensuring we meet the highest standards of excellence
• Work as a team member to ensure a successful banquet event, providing exceptional service and support to our guests and colleagues

• Must be 21 or older
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Must enjoy hosting and serving others, with a strong desire to create a fun and welcoming environment
• Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
• Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager
• Must qualify for licensing by the Ohio Lottery Commission
• Must be able to work as a team, providing exceptional service and support to our guests and colleagues
• Must be able to tolerate a high-stimulus environment, working at a fast pace and walking long distances throughout the shift
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have open availability, including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues, providing exceptional service and support to our guests and colleagues
• Must meet professional appearance standards, as prescribed by company policy
• Must be comfortable and capable of learning new software, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in terms of technology and innovation
