About the Role:

As a Human Resources Coordinator at Wabash, you will be responsible for providing HR-specific and administrative support, working closely with the local HR team, and handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits of timekeeping records and generate comprehensive reports for system optimization.
  • Manage office supplies, check inventories, and process departmental invoices in a timely manner.
  • Create and revise documents, update employee information, and handle benefits administration with precision.
  • Assist in HR projects and company event planning, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and compile necessary reports, providing valuable insights.
  • Educate employees on company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance.
  • Support administrative tasks and meetings, ensuring efficient communication.

  • Serve as an intermediary for HR and business requirements, fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Perform other assigned duties, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Requires an Associate's Degree; a Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR is highly preferred.
  • Professional HR certification is a significant advantage.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills is essential.
  • Strong computer proficiency and time management abilities are crucial.
  • Customer service focus with high ethical standards is a must.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, personal effectiveness, and credibility are essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience or similar field is required.
