Job Overview

This role is essential in supporting the operational functions of SEKO. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure smooth operations and excellent customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary support in the absence of the manager, overseeing essential duties.
  2. Assist management with operational challenges and queries.
  3. Respond promptly to inquiries from both staff and clients.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering relationships with suppliers.
  5. Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation and forms.
  6. Collaborate directly with the warehouse manager to facilitate daily logistics planning.

Qualifications:

This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities.
  • A collaborative spirit, with flexibility to assist in various departments as required.

Preferred Education:

High School diploma or higher.

Preferred Experience:

At least 2 years in Customer Service and 2 years in Operations.

Licenses & Certifications:

Relevant certifications are a plus.
