Job Summary
Under close supervision, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and managing incoming customer calls. This role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, provide quotes, and handle order entry.

• Place customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in sales.

• Negotiate sale prices and purchase prices to influence Motion Industries' gross profit.

• Build customer relationships to drive repeat business by relating to the customer and driving process improvements.

• Order items to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained for customers.

• Partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Expedite backorders and handle customer returns.

Requirements:
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
