**Essential Job Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must:
1. Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days.
2. Progress through the RBT Ladder.
3. Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately.
4. Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care.
5. Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions.
6. Collaborate with Lead RBT for training sequence.

**What We're Looking For**
We seek candidates with a high school diploma or GED equivalent, reliable transportation, and time management, observation, and analytical skills. Preferred experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a plus.
