KidStrong Coach

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Coach to join our team at KidStrong of Kendall. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering our science-based curriculum to children aged 15mo-8 years old, focusing on brain, physical, and character development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-energy classes to children, promoting physical activity and cognitive development
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing education on our curriculum and its benefits
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve center goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills

Requirements:

• Experience coaching children in a similar age group
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certification
