Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at Orion: ADS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct final visual inspections and labeling of all finished goods to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Track and monitor production quantities to optimize efficiency and meet production goals
  • Utilize standard operating procedures to package and prepare products for delivery to customers
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment as required
  • Assist with line tooling changes, start-ups, shutdowns, and downstream equipment set-ups to ensure seamless production
  • Stay up-to-date on product specifications and packaging requirements to ensure compliance and quality
  • Embody a culture of safety and continuous improvement, contributing to a positive and productive work environment


Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating temperatures
  • Dependable and able to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing production requirements
  • Team-oriented and able to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform calculations as required


Physical Demands:
  • Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting
  • Full range of body motion, including twisting, bending, reaching, and ability to mount/dismount equipment
  • Ability to work in a variety of temperatures and environments


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
