Job Title: Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team at McMillen, Inc. This is a key role that requires a strong background in heavy civil construction and quality control practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control practices and procedures
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds project contractual requirements
  • Verify all materials conform to project specifications and drawings
  • Understand and execute required testing procedures
  • Create outgoing correspondence to clients, subcontractors, and other entities
  • Monitor, document, and track quality control documents
  • Review special inspection and material testing performed by third parties
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' heavy civil experience in quality control
  • OSHA 30 preferred
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $110,000 - $135,000 DOE, as well as a full benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, EAP, 401(k), and match, 9 paid holidays, generous PTO, and opportunity for stock ownership and wellness reimbursement.
