CAM Operator

The CAM Operator will prepare CAM programs for individualized dental prosthetic products, including crowns, bridges, Procera Implant Bridges, overdenture bars, abutments, and surgical templates.
We utilize several CAD/CAM software packages, such as Powermill, Hypermill, and Magics.
Operators will be required to visually inspect all incoming files for products to be produced to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Support the milling operation for all products on 5-axis milling machines.
- Register customer re-make files via SAP.
- Monitor the order management SAP inbox and manufacturing (PIC) report.
- Qualify all products produced according to Quality and Product Specifications/Requirements.
- Maintain safety policies and procedures, including 5S initiatives and housekeeping.
- Attend and participate in Daily Management / Safety Committees / Training as required.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related job experience are required.
- Capable of PC-standard software (MS-Office) is required.
- Basic knowledge in programming code (Fanuc and/or Heidenhain) and CAD/CAM (Open Mind, Delcam) is required.
- Well-organized and structured personality with strict follow-up routines is required.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be willing to work overtime depending on business demands.
- Certificate courses on CNC-Programming and/or CAD/CAM are preferred.
- Minimum two or more years of CNC machining experience on milling machines controlled by Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Roeders are preferred.
- Experience in high-precision production (die making), pharmaceutical production, medical device, aerospace, automotive, or regulated industry are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Target Market Salary Range: $70 per hour.
