Key Responsibilities
• Accurately verify medication orders to ensure patient safety
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Minimize order turnaround time to meet patient needs
• Monitor and document medication therapy to optimize patient outcomes
• Perform medication reconciliation to ensure accurate medication lists
• Maintain inventory control and adhere to hospital formulary policies
• Comply with all policies and procedures related to medication use and patient safety
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph) in the State of Ohio
• Licensed practitioner of health sciences profession in the State of Ohio
• Effective communication and computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
