Job Overview

Objective: To deliver outstanding customer service while managing vehicle arrivals, departures, and transportation services, alongside various responsibilities aimed at fulfilling guest requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcomes guests upon their arrival and departure.
  • Provides assistance with a diverse range of hospitality services.
  • Adheres to all operational policies and procedures of the department.
  • Ensures proper opening and closing protocols for departmental facilities and amenities.
  • Collaborates with other departments on various tasks, including event setup and breakdown.
  • Facilitates the tagging, tracking, and loading/unloading of cargo and freight.
  • Transports cargo and freight to and from vessels and various locations for distribution.
  • Sorts and delivers cargo to numerous addresses.
  • Handles the delivery of packages to member and guest residences, ensuring proper placement.
  • Operates shuttle bus services in accordance with ferry schedules.
  • Manages the delivery of inter-company mail and packages.
  • Conducts cleaning and routine maintenance on facilities, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Maintains control over the distribution of entrance and parking passes.
  • Keeps detailed records of operations.
  • Posts charges and ensures accurate billing.
  • Operates vehicles with a focus on safety at all times.
  • Provides information and assistance regarding the facilities and events.
  • Assists with guest registration and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Maintains adaptability to take on new tasks as directed by management.
  • Incorporates safe work practices into daily responsibilities.
