About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity for a Respiratory Therapist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal respiratory health.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Educate patients and their families on respiratory health, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes to ensure seamless communication with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent experience and education.
  • Current licensure and certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
