The VMI Specialist at Arbill Industries plays a pivotal role in maintaining efficient inventory management. This individual will represent the company to client sites, overseeing the storage and replenishment of Arbill-owned inventory.

Job Responsibilities
  • Receiving and accurately identifying deliveries vs. system purchase orders/packing slips, reporting discrepancies to supervisor.
  • Put away received product to storage bins, replenishing inventory to pick bins, VMI shelving, and vending equipment.
  • Manage on-hand inventory, updating counts in systems, spreadsheets, and vending equipment.
  • Work independently, maintaining a predetermined daily schedule.
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years' experience working in a warehouse environment, comfort in fast-paced settings, and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
