Job Summary

Axes Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Farmington Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating and providing patient care in alignment with our organization's standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients per physician order and administer appropriate treatments
  • Responsible for timely completion and submission of all reports pertaining to evaluation, daily treatments and discharge
  • Maintain accurate and appropriate records
  • Interpret and report results of treatments
  • Assign and supervise tasks to support staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy from an accredited institution
  • Licensed or eligible for State of MO PT license
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Efficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Programs and EMR programs
