Resumen del Puesto: Buscamos un Especialista en Gestión de Inventarios que colabore con los equipos de logística y servicios de pedidos para comprender los requisitos de inventario de productos terminados y prever la demanda en diversas ubicaciones.
Responsabilidades:
- Colaborar con los equipos de logística para identificar las necesidades de inventario y anticipar la demanda de productos en las ubicaciones de COD y DOD.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de reabastecimiento de inventario que mantengan niveles óptimos de productos terminados, minimizando faltantes y exceso de inventario.
- Monitorear los niveles de inventario y los patrones de consumo en las ubicaciones de campo, analizando tendencias y detectando oportunidades para mejorar, reducir costos y optimizar el inventario.
- Implementar medidas y procedimientos de control de inventario para asegurar la precisión de los registros.
- Revisar y analizar el rendimiento del COD/DOD y los niveles de inventario, recomendando cambios necesarios en las previsiones.
- Coordinar con los equipos de logística para garantizar la entrega oportuna de inventario a las ubicaciones de campo, basándose en las previsiones de demanda y los tiempos de entrega.
- Evaluar y mejorar continuamente los procesos de gestión de inventario de productos terminados en el campo.
- Asegurar la presentación oportuna del estado del inventario en comparación con los objetivos y las acciones para cerrar brechas.
- Realizar otras tareas según se asignen.
Naturaleza y Alcance:
- Aplica conocimientos prácticos del área laboral, típicamente adquiridos a través de educación avanzada y experiencia laboral.
- Se fomenta la búsqueda de mejoras continuas.
- Realiza una variedad de tareas principalmente directas.
- Trabaja de manera independiente con supervisión general.
- Los problemas enfrentados son difíciles, pero no suelen ser complejos.
Conocimientos y Habilidades:
- Dominio de software de gestión de inventarios y sistemas ERP.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de planificación de inventarios, técnicas de previsión de demanda y principios de control de inventarios.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Atención meticulosa a los detalles para mantener registros precisos, informes y seguimiento de inventarios.
- Capacidad de pensar objetivamente e interpretar temas significativos a partir de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos.
- Habilidad para resolver problemas utilizando lógica rigurosa y métodos efectivos.
- Capacidad para construir relaciones constructivas y efectivas con un amplio y diverso grupo de socios comerciales.
- Capacidad para establecer metas SMART y fomentar la propiedad y responsabilidad con los socios comerciales.
Experiencia:
- De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en gestión de inventarios o en un campo relacionado.
- Historial demostrado de evaluación y mejora de procesos de gestión de inventarios en el campo.
Educación/Certificación:
- Se prefiere un título universitario en Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro o un campo relacionado, aunque no es obligatorio.
Gestión de Personas: No

- Debe poder realizar las responsabilidades esenciales con o sin adaptaciones razonables.
