We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our primary care office in Danville, PA. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and working closely with our team of Family Practitioners and Internists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage chronic disease management programs in an outpatient setting
- Oversee the management of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement effective care plans
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
