We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist - Business Development and HR to join our team at HR Partners, Inc. This role will provide administrative support to our Business Development and HR teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
The Administrative Support Specialist - Business Development and HR will be responsible for:
  • Providing administrative support to the Business Development and HR teams.
  • Managing the company's CRM system, HubSpot, to track sales and marketing efforts.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase client engagement.
  • Coordinating with the HR team to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.

Requirements:
We're looking for a highly skilled individual who possesses excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a business development or HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
