Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
• Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the necessary supplies

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM

Compensation
The pay range for this job is $14.00 to $22.00 an hour, dependent on experience, quality of work, and speed. You can also earn tips and have opportunities for advancement.
