Server (Longhouse) PT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Food and Beverage Ambassador to join our team at ilani. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our Longhouse restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote superior guest service and maintain a positive organizational culture.
• Greet guests, present menus, and explain specials of the day.
• Takes guest orders, places orders, and serves courses from the kitchen and service bars.
• Observes guests to respond to any additional requests and determine when meal has been completed.
• Totals bill, presents check, accepts payment, and makes change.
• Performs side duties including rolling silverware, cleaning trays, restocking items, filling ice bins, and setting up server areas.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume food and beverage setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster a supportive team environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and willing to work in a smoking environment.

Compensation:

$16.30 - $17.93 per hour.
