Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Elite Home Rehab in Rusk, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics and home health environments.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that address specific patient needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required by the role.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
