About the RoleThis is a full-time position in an outpatient setting, requiring a graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with pediatric experience. The ideal candidate will have proof of current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and a dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to children in an outpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote child development and independence
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
We offer a competitive salary of $60-75,000 per year, plus bi-weekly bonuses based on experience. Our benefits package includes incentives such as CEU reimbursement, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) match. We also offer a flexible schedule with 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, and no weekends.
