Job Description
A leading engineering and sciences services company, Actalent, is seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join their team. As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting field tests and gathering data to support project development. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field tests and gather data to support project development
- Write detailed reports on findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure data accuracy and quality
- Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure data integrity
Requirements:
- Geotechnical engineering degree
- EIT certification
- 1 year of experience with test boring
- 1 year of experience with testing pits
Work Environment:
This is a fully on-site position with a contract-to-hire duration of 12 months. You will be working on construction sites and writing reports in the office, 5 days a week. There may be opportunities for remote flexibility in the future.
