We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital. As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with pelvic floor disorders, including screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities.
Key Responsibilities- Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers on pelvic floor health and rehabilitation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pelvic floor physical therapy
- Current state Physical Therapist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Basic computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferred: one year or more experience in Pelvic Health, clinical background experience in a healthcare setting, and skill sets and experience with target population of job setting
This position is full-time (40 hours) and requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team at Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
