We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus. Key Responsibilities:- Manage the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts to customers.
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing clear and concise information about parts and services.
- Review and verify parts orders to ensure accuracy and completeness, and notify the parts manager of any discrepancies or issues.
- Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers, including answering phone calls, providing price quotes, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Pull and fill orders from stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that require immediate attention, and locate out-of-stock parts from external sources as needed.
- Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders, and receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization as necessary.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, and prior auto parts sales experience (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents, and calculate figures and amounts accurately.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
