Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Bakery Department Merchandise: Operate baking equipment, follow recipes/make-up instructions, and ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and thank members, answer questions, and provide assistance with purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area: Ensure the bakery department is clean, neat, and member-ready at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Bakery Team: Work with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
