Job Summary:

Smart Labs Now is a leading provider of advanced laboratory services offering comprehensive drug, alcohol, DNA, and wellness testing. We are an independent, locally-owned, customer-centric lab dedicated to delivering reliable and accurate testing solutions for individuals and businesses.

The ideal candidate will support laboratory operations, front office tasks, perform wellness checks, conduct program enrollment for TSA Precheck and related services, and maintain a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process samples for analysis.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Document and record test results ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Process individuals in the enrollment system using their identification documents.
Greet individuals in person and handle telephone inquiries with excellent etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless laboratory operations.
Manage billing and inventory tasks.
Train new staff members.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Proficient in using laboratory software and equipment; Good overall telephone etiquette.
