Collection Strategist

FYM Capital LLC is seeking a highly skilled Collection Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our collection team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and engaging with clients to collect outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and maximize recoveries.
• Analyze and review client accounts to ensure accurate billing and identify payment discrepancies.
• Negotiate payment terms and repayment plans that align with company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of all communications and transactions with clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve the collection process.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards related to debt collection.
• Provide recommendations for improving collection strategies and reducing delinquencies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Collection Strategist with at least 3 years in the industry, preferably in the MCA industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with legal regulations and compliance in debt collection.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain positive client relationships.
