As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing accurate and efficient service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Verify work was properly performed and diagnosed
• Research vehicle history to make educated recommendations
• Input and maintain customer information
• Complete work tasks in an efficient and organized manner
• Communicate with customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat systems
• Schedule service appointments

Requirements:

• Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance
• 2 years of service writing experience
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
