At Randstad Digital Americas, we're seeking a highly skilled Linux Middleware Engineer to join our team. As a Middleware Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise middleware infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end middleware engineering and administration duties for critical banking platforms.
- Deliver middleware infrastructure for enterprise projects and regulatory initiatives.
- Ensure production stability, platform remediation, patching, and upgrades.
- Mitigate and manage risk.
- 5+ years of experience as a Java/J2EE Middleware Engineer.
- Experience with JBOSS (EAP 7) and Apache JBCS product installation, configuration, and upgrade.
- Experience with one or more of the following Middleware products: webMethods, Appian, Apache, Spring Boot, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, AMQ broker, Spring Boot microservices base framework, Linux Operating System.
- Java/Container Framework experience.
- Experience with one of the following scripting languages: shell, python, jython.
- Experience with one or more of the following Release Deploy Tools: Ansible, Ansible Tower, XLR, BitBucket, Celestial.
- 5+ years of experience of Middleware Engineering experience DEVOPS experience Other products: BMC Remedy, Harmon mDeliver, TrueSight Bladelogic Server Automation.
- Understanding of Network infrastructure (HTTP/S, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, Load-balancers, firewalls, proxies, B2B links).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- 5+ years of experience of Middleware Engineering experience DEVOPS experience Other products: BMC Remedy, Harmon mDeliver, TrueSight Bladelogic Server Automation.
- Understanding of Network infrastructure (HTTP/S, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, Load-balancers, firewalls, proxies, B2B links).
