Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all team members are adhering to the facility's dedication of promoting the best plan of care for all residents.
  • Maintain the flow of the hall in a respectful and professional manner for both team members and residents.
  • Have complete and accurate charting.
  • Be willing to assist CNAs with direct care.
  • Attend all meetings set forth by the Director of Nursing, Administrator, and/or Nurse Consultant.
  • Communicate effectively with doctors, clinics, and other professionals.
  • Clear communication with all department managers.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN or RN license.
  • Long-term care experience.
  • Working knowledge in a supervisor capacity.
  • Strong leadership abilities in long-term care or a similar environment.
