Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care activities to meet the daily personal needs and comfort of patients, performing Nurse Aide I skills as approved by the North Carolina Board of Nursing and facility policy.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Organize and prioritize work effectively, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge, promoting professional growth and development.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service. A General Education Degree and certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA I, are required. Prior experience as a Nurse Aide I is preferred.
