  • Support guests during their arrivals and departures.
  • Handle front desk phone inquiries.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong mathematical, reading, and communication skills.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
