In terms of compensation, this position offers highly negotiable remuneration up to 80% of the MGMA standard, along with a guaranteed income and RVU bonus structure. Furthermore, a flexible $200K signing bonus is available, which can be tailored to meet individual needs such as student loan repayment or home down payment. This generous package ensures that our chosen professional will feel valued and appreciated from day one.
A key aspect of this role is the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with other dedicated medical professionals. The selected candidate will enjoy flexible scheduling, including options for clinic days and administrative responsibilities. Moreover, they will be eligible for a retention bonus of $100K every three years, providing long-term financial stability and security.
