Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales floor team as a Merchandise Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
• Support the sales process by processing customer transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and promoting products and services.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
