Job Title: Automation Anywhere Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Anywhere Senior Developer to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Automation Anywhere robots to automate business processes.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop Automation Anywhere robots to automate business processes
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and end-users to understand requirements and develop solutions
  • Develop current and future process models using Automation Anywhere
  • Provide design walkthroughs to stakeholders and ensure enterprise security requirements are implemented
  • Develop, test, and deploy Automation Anywhere robots
  • Support customer teams in setting up governance methodologies for robots and establishing long-term sustenance of RPA


Requirements:


  • 10+ years of IT industry experience with proven maturity
  • 3+ years of Automation Anywhere software robots development experience
  • Experience in full RPA life cycle from requirements definition through workflow development, testing, and deployment
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding the Vision and Mission of large organizations and working with key stakeholders to promulgate their Vision, Priorities within the Organization
  • Technical knowledge of Automation Anywhere, modern technologies, tools, and cloud platforms
  • Strategic mindset with excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of organizational change management and ability to shepherd change in the organization
  • Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to present technical topics to non-technical and technical teams
  • Strong inter-personnel skills with ability to work with internal technical teams and customers, stakeholders


Good to Have Skills:


  • Past experience as a full-stack developer using modern, open-source stacks
  • Intelligent AA bots development experience infusing ML code in RPA workflows
