About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Associate Optometrist who will lead our organization by delivering key performance indicators and serving as a brand ambassador. As a successful stakeholder, you will partner with our MOD and store team to execute exceptional results.

Responsibilities
As an Associate Optometrist, your key responsibilities include ensuring executional excellence, demonstrating strong KPI management, and operating as a successful stakeholder within the organization. You will also strive to exceed expectations on all KPIs and convey a commitment to providing unsurpassed Patient Service.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Doctor of Optometry degree and a strong commitment to quality patient care. Your knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology is essential, along with solid organizational skills and a problem-solving ability.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is $46.03 - $73.45 per hour, depending on geography, experience, and qualifications. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, you may also be eligible for a bonus and commission plan.
