About the Role

We are looking for a skilled LVN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will work closely with caregivers to administer medications, oversee treatments, and ensure compliance with prescribed therapies.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and maintain a clean and healthy environment. Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to work well in teams are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians
  • Oversee treatments and ensure compliance with prescribed therapies
  • Accurately record treatments and medications
  • Direct and supervise activities of licensed and certified nursing personnel
  • Review residents' admissions and ensure implementation of physicians' plans of care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • State licensure as a LVN/LPN
  • Current physical examination
  • MMR vaccine
  • Valid CPR certification (Basic Life Support or equivalent)
  • Background checks and pre-employment drug screenings
  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting
