Job Overview

TransForce Inc. is seeking experienced CDL-A dedicated team truck drivers to join our team. As a dedicated team truck driver, you will be part of a two-person team that operates a tractor-trailer combination, transporting goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination safely and efficiently to transport goods from one location to another.
  • Work as a team with a co-driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of goods.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and routes.
  • Meet and exceed customer service expectations by providing excellent service to customers.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license.
  • At least 6 months of over-the-road experience.
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
